This notice describes the current website, fit-check form, email inquiries, and active-client scheduling workflow. It will be updated if the website or information practices change.
Who handles information
Chris Keitel Services is a service provided through Keitel Business Coaching, LLC. Questions may be directed to chris@chriskeitelservices.com.
Information you choose to send
The inquiry form asks for your name, business name, email address, trade, service interest, and a short description of the help you need. Phone and website or social-media link are optional. Please share only ordinary business inquiry information. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, medical, password, payment, private customer, or job-site information. The site has no file upload or payment checkout.
Form delivery and spam protection
The form uses FormSubmit, a third-party service that processes submissions and forwards them to the business inquiry inbox. You may be taken to FormSubmit to complete its Google reCAPTCHA spam check. The website application does not store form entries in a customer database. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Delivered messages are handled in the business Google Workspace inbox.

Why information is used
Inquiry information is used to respond, assess service fit, and arrange requested next steps. This website does not automatically enroll inquiries in a marketing campaign.
Scheduling and providers
Email is handled through Google Workspace (Gmail). Accepted and paid clients may receive private scheduling instructions directly by email for their monthly planning session. The scheduling page is not published or embedded on this website. The scheduling and connected calendar providers process booking information under their own policies; this site does not collect booking information itself.
Hosting providers may process technical information, such as request logs, to serve and protect the site. Provider use and actual practices are reviewed as operations change.
Cookies and tracking
No optional analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing automation have been added to the site code. Hosting services and FormSubmit may use necessary cookies or logs. Google reCAPTCHA processes technical information to help prevent spam.
Access, retention, and requests
Access is limited to people who need information for the service. Retention, deletion, backup handling, and the privacy-request procedure remain under professional review. Email the contact above with a question or request; do not include sensitive identity documents.
