Provider and monthly service

Chris Keitel Services is a service provided through Keitel Business Coaching, LLC. Keitel Business Coaching, LLC is the legal provider. Content Only is $249 per calendar month; Content + Posting is $297 per calendar month. Both include 12 custom posts per calendar month for one primary platform, Facebook or Instagram, a 45-minute planning session, a monthly plan, one consolidated monthly revision round, and an end-of-month completion email.

Content Only clients publish their delivered content. Content + Posting includes Chris scheduling or publishing the 12 approved posts. Service is month-to-month, with a written agreement and payment before monthly production begins.

Review and revisions

One designated reviewer provides one consolidated revision request for the monthly content. New material can inform upcoming content when practical; late submissions do not automatically replace completed or scheduled posts, add posts, or create another revision round. The client approves the exact final content in writing before publishing.

Separate Google add-on

The optional $79 monthly Google Visibility and Reviews Add-On is separately billed and requires an active social package. It includes 4 profile posts, up to 4 approved job photos, one neutral review-request message sent by the client, and responses to up to 5 new reviews. Google activity is listed in a separate section of the completion email. Unused quantities do not roll forward. A review drafted, responded to, or escalated after review counts toward the five-review limit.

Approval, rights, and access

The client confirms factual accuracy and rights to supplied materials, designates one reviewer, and approves content in writing before publication. Accounts remain client-owned. Access uses necessary role permissions and two-factor authentication where supported; passwords must not be shared. A signed agreement is required before client account access or publishing.

Routine Google review responses follow approved guidelines. Negative, disputed, legal, safety, refund, privacy, discrimination, and threatening reviews require specific client direction before a response. No incentives, review gating, selective positive-only requests, or customer impersonation are allowed. Review responses must not admit fault, promise compensation, or reveal private customer details. Profile setup or repair, review removal or disputes, bulk outreach, ranking work, analytics, and daily monitoring are outside the add-on.

Defined scope, not promised results

No leads, sales, revenue, reach, rankings, calls, clicks, or reviews are guaranteed. Advertising, SEO, client website work, email marketing, social inbox management, daily monitoring, unlimited revisions, and broad reputation management are not included.

Written agreement

Cancellation timing, refunds, late payments, tax treatment, delayed materials, intellectual-property licenses, privacy obligations, liability allocation, dispute terms, and electronic acceptance are controlled by the signed client agreement. This website has no checkout, automatic charge, or online agreement acceptance.
