The review-request message is neutral and sent by the client. No incentives, review gating, selective positive-only requests, or customer impersonation.
Sensitive reviews require specific written client direction before a response. A review drafted, responded to, or escalated after review counts toward the five-review limit. Routine responses follow approved guidelines.
Unused quantities do not roll forward. Profile setup, repair, SEO, daily monitoring, bulk outreach, and broad reputation management are not included. Read the Service Terms.
